Under 200 ft², plus loft.

This design is still in early developmental stage. However,
it has progressed farther than may seem at first look. I am
quite pleased with the basic house at this point. I really like
the main floor plan, that pulls a lot out of a tiny floor area.
The left wall faces onto a deck, for plenty of outdoor living
space. There is a covered porch on the other (south) side.
This porch gets enclosed with lightweight plastic 'storms'
in winter, which turns it into a big Solar panel, called
a sunspace, for a very high percentage of the heating.
The entire south roof can also be a Solar collector.

The top wall includes a compact kitchen, with under
counter refrigerator. Many of the counter activities,
including cooking on portable gas burners, takes
place on the revolving table, which also has cabinets
underneath. The corner half bath, compliments
a full bath up in the large loft area.  Both have
vented composting toilets. I am also working
on a design for a simple mechanical lift
for the ladder up to the loft.

There are many more great features
of this design. More drawings to come.
