Little Houses do not have to seem so little. This starter
house is only 192ft² the same area as a single 12'x16'
room.  Yet, it looks much larger, both outside and in.
There is a standing height loft, in the 8'x8' tower.
"Gull I" is designed with additions, and variations
so that it will always look, and feel complete.
