This basic floorplan is 192ft,² but offers a variety of additions
to make it much larger. Other small changes could reduce the floor
area down to 154ft² The variations all keep the same look. The big
porch easily converts in winter, to a sunspace for a high percentage
of Solar heating, and extending the living space outward on sunny
winter days.    It can also serve as a greenhouse for early growing
in the spring.  The deck can be enlarged for longer season outdoor
living on the warm south-eastern exposure. There are dramatic high
ceilings, following the bold shape of the roof, and an 8'x8' standing
height loft up over the kitchen. A metal roof extends out across the 
back for outdoor storage, and collecting rainwater. The bathroom
has a vented composting toilet, and shower drain floor.  Designed
to look great, but still be simple to build.......and lots more.
